Where do the products on ReadyGoParts come from?

We work with top factories in Turkey who are manufacturing OE quality aftermarket parts. All the parts that we offer are well known quality of Turkish products.

My item arrived Damaged/Defective

We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn't always the case.


Damaged Item: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damage has occurred on the way, please let the freight carrier know that you refuse the package. This allows us to file a claim against the damaged item. Please contact our Customer Service immediately (must be within 5 days) by sending an email to: E-Sales@ReadyGoParts.com. We will handle the issue immediately. 

*Please be prepared to send photos/video of the issue.


Defective Item: If your item is defective please contact our Customer Service immediately by sending an email to: E-Sales@ReadyGoParts.com.  Defective items must be reported within 2 calendar weeks.

*Please be prepared to send photos/video of the issue so we can review and troubleshoot. 


Wrong Product Shipment: In case of receiving different product than ordered by our or the manufacturer’s mistake. Please contact our Customer Service immediately (must be within 5 days) by sending an email to: E-Sales@ReadyGoParts.com. We will handle the replacement process immediately.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In case of using air freight; Your order will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock.  You’ll know when it ships because we’ll send you the tracking number. 

Depending on your country, expect your parcel package to be delivered within 5-7 business days.

If you are planning some bigger shipment by sea, this will be discussed depending on your needs.


How can I track my order?

After your product has shipped, ReadyGoParts will send you an email with a tracking activation code and instructions. You can follow your package every step of the way directly from carrier’s order tracking page.


Delivery contact phone numbers

To ensure your freight item is delivered. Please provide a valid phone number to ensure the freight company may contact you to schedule your delivery. It is best practice to provide multiple contact phone numbers.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and wire transfer by banks.


Do you charge sales tax?

Because we are a Turkey based company and you will be buying and paying to a Turkish company, VAT will not be applied but customs and import taxes may apply upon arrival to your country’s customs.
