ReadyGoParts Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out. Items may be returned for refund or replacement within 15 days of receiving the product, under certain conditions.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns are not accepted if the item:

  • Has been altered, mishandled, or installed

  • Was custom-made at the time of sale

  • Is marked as non-returnable or non-refundable

  • Shows signs of installation

  • Is a final sale item


Items Eligible for Return

An item can be returned if it:

  • Is defective

  • Arrived damaged

  • Is different from the product ordered


Returns Due to Customer Error

If a return is requested due to a customer’s mistake, it will be accepted with a 20% restocking fee.
Note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email E-Sales@ReadyGoParts.com and indicate whether you would like a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number via email.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Return Packaging and Shipping

  • Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box or a sturdy cardboard box.

  • Attach the Return Authorization Number and return address label included in the email.

  • Ship the item via your local carrier to our fulfillment center.


Processing Refunds or Credits

  • After the returned item arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

  • Refunds to your original payment method may take an additional 10 business days for your financial institution to complete the credit.
